I began working with Patrice because of chronic lower back and hip pain. I had tried many different kinds of exercise over the last 20 years and nothing seemed to work. Patrice began with a few private table lessons and then moved me into floor exercise classes. I began to notice a difference in the way I felt both physically and emotionally.My lower back and hips began to loosen up and feel more fluid and my frame of mind seemed lighter.

Workshop Students

The classes have taught me how to deal with my hip/thigh pain to make it bearable. Yesterday I had a private table session with Patrice, and today I experienced no pain in my leg at all! Prior to meeting Patrice I had my internist, a chiropractor, a pain specialist, a surgeon and a plethora of x-rays, MRIs and injections, all to no avail.
